Cancellations, returns and exchanges

1.Orders cannot be cancelled, returned or exchanged for any reason except in the case of defective or incorrect products (for reasons attributable to our company).

2.However, we will only accept returns or exchanges if the product is defective or the wrong item, provided you contact us via the CONTACT page within 7 days of receiving the product.
However, if we determine that a return or exchange is inappropriate, we will not be able to accept the return or exchange.
When you return the product to us, please enclose the delivery note.

3.As long as you contact us via the CONTACT page within 7 days of receiving the product, we will accept size exchanges for the same product and color only if it is in stock.
When returning the product to us, please enclose the delivery note, and you will be responsible for the return shipping costs for size exchanges.

4.Please note that, regardless of the above, we cannot accept cancellations, returns, or exchanges for the following items:
・Used items
・Items that have been delivered more than 7 days ago
・Items that have become damaged or soiled by the customer
・Items missing tags or accessories

5.If the return is due to reasons beyond our control, we will cover the shipping costs.
