About delivery and shipping charges

1.Once your order is placed, it will be shipped within 1-3 business days. Free shipping for purchases over ¥33,000 (tax included). For orders under ¥33,000, shipping charges will be applied according to the delivery area.

2.Honshu (excluding Chugoku region) ¥900 / Chugoku region and Shikoku ¥1,000 / Hokkaido and Kyushu ¥1,200 / Okinawa ¥1,500 (tax included)

3.Delivery of your product may be delayed due to weather, traffic conditions, etc.
To prevent issues such as incorrect delivery, we are unable to change the delivery address after an order has been placed.

4.If you need to change the delivery address, please check the delivery company's "inquiry number" and contact the delivery company yourself to change the delivery address.
